One engine. Four kinds of organisation.
Whether you run a faculty with thousands of students or a single onboarding course, Peridot is set up the way you already work.
Hands-on labs for every practical course, faculty by faculty.
Peridot fits the way a university is already run: faculties, departments, levels and sessions, down to the course code. Lecturers keep their syllabus; students get a lab for every chapter.
- Mirrors your structure. Faculties, departments, levels (100 to 500) and sessions (2026/27). Courses keep their codes, like CSC 111 or ACC 201.
- Works on student laptops. Nothing to install; it works on campus Wi-Fi or at home.
- Marks with evidence. Every mark keeps what the check found, ready for moderation and external examiners.
Train people on the work, before they do it for real.
Onboard new hires and upskill teams on the tools they will use: a terminal, a SIEM, a ledger, a spreadsheet. One course is enough to start. Teams are optional.
- Realistic, not risky. A full desktop with the right tools and believable data, with nothing real behind it.
- Start with one course. No faculties or levels. Add teams later if you need them.
- Results to HR and L&D. Completions and test results go to your HR or learning system by webhook.
Exam preparation on the work of the job.
Help members and candidates prepare on real work: post the entries, prepare the statements, write the memo. Organised by level and exam diet, starting with ICAN.
- By level and diet. Foundation, Skills and Professional; the May and November diets.
- Built on the syllabus. Labs follow the published syllabus, chapter by chapter.
- Books and Sheets. A bookkeeping app and a spreadsheet, not a form with blanks.
Labs for your bootcamps, without the lab bill.
Run Linux, DevOps, security and AI bootcamps with hands-on labs you don’t have to host. Your brand stays on the course; Peridot does the machines and the marking.
- Nothing to run. Each learner gets their own computer in the cloud. Nothing to install or maintain.
- Mapped to certifications. SOC analyst follows the CompTIA CySA+ (CS0-003) objectives.
- Cohorts and tracks. Organise by track, bootcamp and cohort.
The same five roles everywhere.
Org admin, unit admin, lecturer, TA and student. A company may only use three of them; a university uses all five.
